Eating healthy is one of the easiest ways to positively affect your mental health.
For the last decade or so I've been struggling with all the negative menopause feels. Some days I thought I was literally going crazy, others I just was not able to get out of bed. I'm still not 100% mea and I don't know if I'll ever be. But I have found a way out of the fog and I want others - women and men who love them - to know that there are things you can do to mitigate the misery.
